Belong. Grow. Thrive.

Where every young adult finds their path home.

Prime Village™ is a workforce development nonprofit. We give foster care alumni and differently abled young adults a place to live, a skill employers pay for, and a community that stays beside them.

Who we serve

Two tracks. One Village.

We call our participants Villagers. Each one follows a track built around where they are starting from.

Track A · Ages 18 to 24

Foster care alumni

Young adults aging out of state care who need stable housing, employable skills and community.

Track B · Ages 18 to 26

Differently abled adults

Neuro-divergent and differently abled young adults seeking competitive employment and independence.

Our model

The P.R.I.M.E. Framework

Five kinds of support, delivered together, so that a certificate turns into a career and a career turns into a stable life.

Prime Village honors the legacy of Kenneth Prime, who dedicated his life to ensuring young people in Trinidad had the resources to succeed. That same commitment to practical empowerment drives everything we build.
